We support home care customers, like you, with tools that allow you to make informed and well-validated decisions about the quality of your care and the choice of whom you invite into your home.

Who we are

CareCompare was founded based on our team’s own experiences within the Aged Care industry people just like you frustrated with the current information available and lack of control. Time and again, we have watched older Australians and their families wage an uphill battle just to continue to live with decency, unburdened, in their own homes.

What we do

The road to improve this situation isn’t an easy one. The Royal Commission into Aged Care in Australia has been scathing in its valuation of the industry, and the reality is that, until now, there has never been a single source of comparable information about home care providers.

But, that’s where we believe we can make a difference. With the Commonwealth Government committing to more and more home care funding over the coming years, the capacity to allow people to live at home longer means a brighter future moving forward. We will be there, at every step, to ensure you have access to the most comprehensive and transparent provider information available, we coordinate with providers, source data from both government and non-government agencies and translate it into a meaninful experience to put the power back in your hands.

We are independent

CareCompare is 100% independent, and we have made it our mission to bring transparency to the home care industry. By being your advocate for quality home care and ensuring you have a real choice, we will endeavour to make home care better for everyone!

To remain independent we charge a small monthly subscription fee of $4.99 p/m this ensures we can continue to be completely consumer focused and provide you with the best resources.

Our premium subscription covers access to analysis, insights and content generated by us.
